Dr. Konstantinos Lagogiannis

is a post-doc of the MINIMAL project working on theoretical models of neural learning and chemotaxis. He has recently finished his PhD in computational neuronscience on theoretical models of synaptic plasticity for ongoing memory processes. His research interests lie in understanding the circuits and the plasticity mediating learning in Drosophila, but also extend to modelling the mechanisms of larva locomotion and in designing new experimental apparatus for automating Drosophila larva experiments.
